BMW Service Not sure that I have twenty five words. Kevin's help was very good. Waiting area was pleasant. Work was done a bit sooner than expected. Price a little higher than I had hoped, but I guess that is the way it is.
Very positive. Fuel injector replacement. My experience was very positive because the service manager, Jeff Bradshaw, took the time to talk to me and research the situation to find an extended warranty. He was clearly trying to be helpful and understood my anxiety. He was extremely professional. Speaks very well for the dealership.

GREAT experience! I worked with Brandon Johnson on leasing a 2019 Audi Q5. He was excellent! His communication was awesome and the price I was given was fair. He met me halfway from where I live to deliver the vehicle and worked with me to explain all the features the new car had to offer. He's been availabe now that I've had the car a few days and walks me through my questions and getting things set up.

Sway bar link replacement These links were worn and replacement was recommended. All went without incident. In addition a four wheel alignment was performed. The car drives well. There is nothing to complain about. I always enjoy taking my car here since the work is so professional and they keep me notified as to progress.
Josh Kern knows customer service I really appreciate that Josh keeps me updated on what's happening with my car. He is always very pleasant and mindful of my time.
Great experience Explained the different components of the SUV very well. Brandon was very calm, treated me as a whole person, knowing this was a big purchase for me. Brandon was excellent in everything.
Service of vehicle Not only were all of my servicing issues addressed satisfactorily, I was able to use a coupon issued through BMW allowing me a $15.00 discount. Kevin was very courteous in his dealings with me and upon completion explained everything addressed regarding my vehicle. They not only serviced my vehicle but returned it to me detailed out as if it were ready for the showroom. Totally elated!
