Repairs Service and Repairs are always done right. It would be nice to have more loaner cars. They don't have to be BMW 's. Would be happy with anything. Every time we have brought in car for repairs there is never any loaners.
Courteous and efficient From making the appointment to having the service completed, I found the process very efficient. Mac was courteous throughout and thoroughly explained the service performed on my car. Your customer waiting room is comfortable and I appreciate the option of being given a ride if I needed one. I have no complaints!
Fast, friendly service I was in for airbag recall work and the dealership was very expeditious in identifying required parts, scheduling and completing the service half the estimated time.
