2005 Town Car Repairs Working with George Burrell is always outstanding. We also like Joe Kornetti's work. We're disappointed though that Lincoln hasn't taken care of the water leak we've had that fills up the right rear foot well after every rain. Seems that that problem is very well known about the Town Car on the Town Car forum.

Good, rapid service I needed to minor repairs to my Taurus -- a headlamp and a washer hose. I dropped off the car and took the shuttle to work, which I appreciate so much. The car was ready before noon and the cost was reasonable. I expect great service from Z and I get it.

2013 Lincoln MKX I own a 2013 Lincoln MKX. I brought it into the service dept. because it wasn't starting. George took care of me, listening to my description of the problem, and promptly wrote up the order and said they would take care of the problem. I left it at the dealership overnight to ensure that it would start the next morning. Sure enough, it was the battery, and I picked it up the next day - it's running/starting beautifully.
