Service: 2013 Lincoln MKX I have a 2013 Lincoln MKX and last weekend I went to start the car and it did nothing. Click, click, click and she wouldn't turn over. I called the service dept. and George answered the phone - told me to bring it in at 12:30 and they would find the problem. Sure enough, the battery was bad and they installed a new one. The service was great, the problem was fixed, and I was on my way!! Thank You!!
clean car Recall check up on steering components. All good and thanks for washing my car. Could have used a ride to the Secretary of States office though. Man was that a cold walk.

Excellent Service As always, the service department did an excellent job during my last visit. The staff is courteous, friendly and very professional. I have been bringing my car (2007 Ford Fusion) in for regular service for the past six years. I wouldn't think of taking it any place else!
Not Shopping for a Car Anywhere Else I needed a repair done pretty much ASAP so I could travel to support my father through a surgery. They got me squeezed in and got it done right.
