Awesome customer service and car service I bought my car from Ziegler in March. I have since gone in for two oil changes. The customer service on all occasions has been phenomenal! I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for an oil change and was always offered refreshments while I waited. The buying process was also very drama free, I'd bought my previous car from a different kalamazoo dealership, and will definitely be buying any future cars from Ziegler.
It does not get any better All went as scheduled. Great service. Advisor very courteous. Wish they would provide newspaper in customer waiting lounge

Oil Change Came in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Staff was very helpful. The only concern I had was that I couldn't tell by the work order if the tires had been rotated.
Great Service! I have a Lincoln mks.. I brought it in because something was wobbling in the from left side of car.. George the lincoln service mngr was MORE then helpful and accommodating to me while my car was being serviced.. Thanks George for genuinely caring!
