"Buying experience" Everyone was very nice but it took way too long. We were at the dealership for 4 hours. We were not expecting to be away from our offices for that long.
"Brake " BMW certified X5 that brake service light came on. Replaced the front brakes under the warranty. I have worked with the service department for my other vehicles and have been very satisfied.
"Exceeded expectations" I have a 2019 BMW and went to the Parts Dept. to get touch up paint to have on hand. He called me later to tell me that with it being a new color it would not be released as a touch up until 2020. He offered to reach out to their paint guy the next week. Long story short, I had the touch up paint that afternoon. Expectations exceeded.
"Friendly and professional" As always, extremely accommodating and helpful. This is such a blessing because of my own age and mobility impairment. My family can always count on you to help us keep the car in tip-top shape.
"Fast Work Done Well" We had an unknown issue with our vehicle. After drop off, the issue was diagnosed, options and prices were discussed and we had our car repaired. It has been working quite well since pick up.
"Great Experience " My husband and I visited Berglund to look at a used Mercedes. He decided it was too small for him, so I decided to buy it instead. He is now driving my Jeep and we are both happy. Even though we were there to look at a used car, we were treated with kindness and respect. "Awesome service " Joe and his team are the best. I was having battery trouble and showed up without an appointment and Joe’s was able not only work me in but have me out in less than an hour to make my 9 am appointment.
"Excellent service" I’m a regular service customer ... they are fast (in and out when promised) but efficient ... honesty to a fault - actually delayed one of my service requests as it was too soon and not needed at this time.
"Friendly and professional" We were in town visiting my elderly aunt when we realized her inspection sticker had expired. The service department at Berglund graciously took us in with no appointment and actually fixed a couple of other things while they were at it. Courteous, friendly, and efficient. Of course the comfort of the waiting area made the wait pleasant and easy.
