"Brief and thorough " Took it in for a recall and they did it well. Good exchange not too time consuming. Would reccomend. Just trying to meet the word limit at this point
"Annual inspection " First visit to Berglund Luxury car dealership in Lynchburg for my annual inspection. It was very simple and easy to set up the appointment and the service was friendly and efficient.
"Great customer service" Lisa did a wonderful job accommodating my schedule and having my vehicle ready within the timeframe she quoted me. I highly recommend for their customer service.

"Body shop repair " I backed into a rock wall and did some serious damage to the bumper. Your guys did a beautiful job ! I am very pleased with the repair.
"Service" The service center is wonderful just too expensive . For simple repairs it’s a lot of money not something a service manager has control of

"Emergency tire replacement " I was towed to this dealership after have both passenger tires split. I was treated with respect and made to feel welcomed in their dealership. When I talked to parts about the tires they were polite and helpful and got the tires for me within an hour. They got to work on it as soon as the tires got there and all the work was done with a complimentary car wash. I will be going back there for future service needs.
