"Awesome service" Prompt courteous and professional. Stuck to appointment timeframe. Great follow up. Emailed me to answer my questions. Rescheduled my appointment in timely manner. Discounted usual rate since job to diagnose issue only took 30 minutes.
"Great and consistent service" Attention to smallest detail. Pleasant personality. Clear explanations. Additional service for older client! Good and clean surroundings. Follow ups are consistent. A very clean car after any service!
"Recall" I appreciated the phone call reminding me to schedule the recall fix. The appointment was scheduled to fit my timeframe and was completed in half the estimated time. Also, love having the car washed.
"The service we received was top notch!" The service department is friendly and knowledgeable. We were provided a loaner car promptly. Our car was returned repaired and cleaned. I highly recommend them. We were treated like family.
"emergency headlight repair" I had just driven from Rhode Island to Lynchburg (appx 700 miles) when I learned that one of my headlights burned out. A friend called Joe on my behalf as I was not familiar with the area. He had me come over immediately to replace the bulb. In addition, he had my car washed (that may have been at the request of the service technician who had to work on it after I drove 700 hundred miles along the eastern seaboard--it was pretty gross) and vacuumed, which it desperately needed after the long trip... read more
"Repair of my vehicle " Car was taken as scheduled. Loaner was available for me. Repairs were completed within a day - early morning appointment: completed by day’s end. So far there has been no problems with the repairs. Another good job by the service department. Thank you.
