"Pleasant Experience" Mike Crader has been my service advisor for 10 years. He is always a delight to work with and makes the unpleasant experience of auto repairs as pleasant as possible. He is thorough and offers goo recommendations.
"Patti Kupfer's service and my 335i" This is the first time I've worked with Patti at Autohaus and what a more "enjoyable" experience she made it! Patti is very friendly, attentive, and responsive. She tracked me down in the showroom when a service issue came up and we jumped on the phone with the tech so he could explain what else he found. I also didn't feel like I was being gouged on pricing as they were right in line with a local non-dealer shop. All-in-all a great experience working with Patti and Autohaus.
"Easy experience" Mile Crader made my recent visit easy and efficient. I was in and out of the dealer very quickly and the service was done as promised the same day.Service also included getting a small dent repaired and it looks new.
"Patti Kupfer’s Service" Two days ago my Drivetrain went out on my 2013 650i, placing me in terrible predicament. My son had baseball practice and I had an interview the next morning.
