Mike gets the appointment time the customer needs; he makes sure a loaner is available, if requested; he explains all suggested repairs; and explains the charges.
Stopped due to a low tire pressure light. I thought that I just needed air in the tire. Autohaus went out of their way to detect a nail in a tire and I appreciate very much. They also got me out with a new tire installed very quickly.

Bob was very knowledgeable and helpful with the selection of my new 2015 BMW lease. He answered all my questions and there was no pressure. I was also worried I'd have to spend a lot of time with this process but it was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Bob and Autohaus. I'm sure I'll be back in 3 years.
