From the salesman (Joe) to the financial adviser (Rick) we were very impressed! Care, service, suggestions, advice were top notch. We are retired and they were careful to make sure we were able to afford our dream car and stay within our budget. We were given more for our trade than we anticipated, which was a lovely surprise!
Jeremy did a great job explaining the options available and was very pateient when I asked fo him to rattle off the differences in options multiple times. He suggested a great car that would meet my needs and we got the transaction completed quickly.
Well, who do I have to thank for the incredible, authentic, knowledgeable and exceptional customer service experience? None other than, Dennis Schaffner, Client Advisor Extraordinaire! Dennis was personable, knowledgeable, informative, and more importantly, listened and simply made an experience that tends to be stressful, not at all!!! Much kudos also goes to the lady at the front desk, Joe Emerson, New Car Sales Manager who we met while waiting in the lobby and Rick Riccio, Business Manager. I highly recommend this team.
Chris Clem has always gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. He stays in touch with me during the whole process and I have noticed the loaner car is always set on the radio station and temperature as I had it set on my car Autohaus is very fortunate to have him on their staff
Chris Buie played a critical role in my excellent experience with purchasing a new BMW 320i front Autohaus BMW. Chris followed up with me a few days after my purchase and had me come in to the dealership to discuss any issues I was having with becoming familiar with my new car. We went out to the car and Chris spent at least half an hour helping me understand the iDrive and other amenities. Chris also installed my new plates and BMW frames for the car. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and a great person to work with.
Jeremy made my car buying experience a great one. He took the time to help me find the perfect car, and made the whole experience very comfortable.
Chia was very helpful in assisting me with information about my new car and mounting my front license plate. He was very professional and friendly, but knowledgeable above all. He helped clarify some of the information about my vehicle and made the experience of purchasing it much smoother. I'm glad he was assigned to me and I would recommend him to everyone!
