I recently took my 528i in to have service done as indicated by the service indicators on the car. Mike Crader was very helpful setting the appointment at a convenient time and arranging for a loaner car. I usually ask to have the tires looked at to make sure they are still serviceable. I have also dealt with Greg Issitt in the past who has always been great to deal with. After several times telling me that the tires were OK, yesterday I was told they need replaced. Greg Issitt sets the standard as a service advisor. Knowledgeable, friendly, honest and a pleasure to deal with in every way. Greg has been my go-to guy at Autohaus for 6 years. He represents himself and his employer with the utmost class and professionalism.
Joe was very relaxed and easy to deal with both over the phone and in person. I never felt like there was any pressure to make a decision or to rush. On the day of the purchase everything was right and ready to roll (pun intended)! I will return for my next BMW purchase!

My car starting running hot, and I had to park it immediately. In addition, I was leaving twon in a couple of days. I called Chris Clem and informed him my situation, which included having my car towed to the service center. He determined the probable casue of the overheating coupled with an estimated cost, just in case.
