BMW x 1 My car is still not fixed. I got it back two weeks later w a ding. Then back in for two weeks to fix it and now it needs brakes! Why didn?t the xxxxxxx who helped me when I paid for the $350 diagnostic test tell me I need brakes too! Such jerks!

Awesome service and people I Purchased a new 2023 BMW X3 from Valencia BMW in November 2022 (my 6th BMW in a row). I live in another state and about 300 miles away. Valencia BMW not only took my order, but they honored everything promised when the car came in a month later and I drove down to pick it up. BMW Valencia Maintenance within 24 hours after my car was serviced the reminder to maintenance my vehicle within 60 miles displayed in my car. so annoying because i live 50 miles (one way) from the closest dealership and gas prices are simply too high! it?s also the busiest time of year and yes i am extremely busy right now. i?ve called bmw 3 times and no one has returned my phone call. customer service and maintenance service has always been on point. this experience is not acceptable especially from bmw.
Worst I boght car then 2 months later i went for rutine service they told me you should change break fulid air flitter I paid 400 dollars for that when i boght car they didn?t tell us next service you should change thi this they are not good bmw dont go this store they are liar

Great responsive service Came in for part replacement. There was a problem with the delivered part. Jasmine made sure a replacement was ordered. She also made sure we got a courtesy car. She had them also detail our car and fill the take as compensation, for the delay. She called first thing the next morning to let us know all the work was completed. Everything went smoothly.

19 Honda Civic Overall this was a good experience, however their finance guy disappeared halfway though the deal. I was advised that the vehicle would be detailed before it was delivered and it was not. It had rubbing compound all over it.
