WORST BMW DEALER STAY AWAY. ILLEGAL business practices. We bought a BMW from them in July, 2022. We financed it through our credit union at a great rate 1.99%. This BMW dealer has never produced the title. It has been four months. They are required by law to transfer title in 15 days. The credit union is ending our secured loan at 1.99% because they have never received the title. They are converting the loan to an unsecured loan at 12.9%. Replacement of fuel tank I had great experience at this facility. Will Parks ( service advisor) was awesome as he provided updates on daily basis about repair. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.
