A nice experience with the BMW Service department What made my experience so pleasurable was the service advisor Jesse Colon, I have owned many cars and dealt with many service advisors and none went over and above like Jesse. His personality, friendliness and honesty makes my business with the BMW service department pleasurable. Jesse needs to be recognized.
