Happy Ending Took my vehicle in for repairs at Valencia BMW. I was happy to received a loaner vehicle for the time my car was in for repairs. I was expecting a call from my service advisor on Monday, No call. Tuesday, No call. Wednesday, No call. I called the Valencia BMW to find out the status of my vehicle repairs and April was very kind to connect me to the service advisor manager. He was very polite and professional. Love my convertible! I wanted a very specific car that apparently is not all that common. Sathy was able to help me get the exact car I wanted. He was so helpful and he answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. The buying experience was so easy and seamless. Great service by Jesse Colon Great service by Jesse Colin but the dealer failed to correct squeaky rear door noise. Said they could not detect?? They must have not driven the car, because it is beyond obvious and nothing new for this car or BMW!

Valencia BMW Service Great! Service Rep. Bill Parks was friendly, listened to my concerns, and took care of the issues. I was given a courtesy car when my car needed to be kept a couple of days.
