BMW Service I had an appointment last7/13/22 for changed oil for my X5 BMW car . Cole was the one who help me , I always wanted him to help me whenever I go there bec . First he knows what to do with the car , secondly he is honest , kind and helpful same thing with the ones in the cashier's. Am always please with my car after the service . Extremely disappointed in customer service/Tech I recently brought my vehicle in for service and was told the vehicle needed spark plugs and a fuel tank. I decided not to have my vehicle serviced at Valencia BMW because I was quoted over $4,000. I decided to change my spark plugs on my own. I noticed that a spark plug was missing from the engine and all 4 coil brackets were missing. It appears since I didn?t want the service, the so called technician immediately reassembled my vehicle for pick up and totally disregarded part... read more

Great experience! I had such a wonderful experience at Valencia BMW! Everything was fast and orderly but what really stood out to me was the amazing customer service! Joseph Sandoval was an amazing salesman, he not only was patient and understanding but extremely knowledgeable on all the vehicles I was looking at. Also, in the financing department Vanessa was helpful and quick! She helped me a lot and really weighed out my options so that I could make the right choice.
