Great Staff and Customer Service Our buying experience was great. We told our salesperson, Eric, what car we were looking for and he promptly came back with the keys and allowed us to test drive 2 of the vehicles that matched what we were interested in. He explained the features of the car and let us take our time in deciding and becoming familiar with each car. Fremont BMW Both our sales person, Kaleb and our finance guy were very nice and efficient. Kaleb explained to us the features of the car and performance. Showed us the different options we could have. He was very knowlegable. As was our finance guy. This dealership is well run. They truly seemed appreciative that we were buying a car from them.
