The ultimate buying experience Alex is the friendliest, most patient, honest sales associate you will meet. He personifies the integrity, knowledge and transparency that BMW of Fairfax sees as its core values. BMW 530xi Coolant Leak Service My car started showing a Low Engine Coolant warning. I took it to the BMW Fairfax service. First time around, they just refilled the coolant and were done in 15 minutes. I drove away but after 10-15 minutes the warning came back, so I had to take the car back to the service. This time, they did a proper check and found a cracked coolant pipe which needed to be replaced. They also performed several recall services (including a long software reboot) so the car was in the shop for a day-and-a-half... read more
