First Time Customer of BMW of Fairfax This was my first time taking my car to this location. I purchased my X5 pre-owned six months ago from another dealership. When I arrived I was fortunate enough to have Emily as my service rep. She was amazing. The issue that my car was having was caused by the previous dealership and Emily helped me so much by providing them with all the information they needed in order to pay my invoice.
