Rod Sierra Service was outstanding as always.. Service adviser walked the whole car and checked everything, also told me that the car had a recall and if I wanted to do it. Since it was going to take more time that I came for. I was offered a loaner car FREE of charge with everything even Gas, got to drive a brand new 2019 BMW X3 fully leaded to work that day.. Service was very fast and the Technician did a fantastic job. Also since my car was under warranty everything was Free...

Annual Maintenance and State Inspection Experience Annual Maintenance and State Inspection - everything was good, except they were out of back windshield wiper blade. Need to go back in a week time. Facilities - have snacks and drinks and WiFi - good. What would be better is to have seating like a living room setting. Since I have to sit there for a little more than two hours, while reading, I would like to raise my legs up and perhaps have an end table to put my drink instead of putting it on the floor.

Great Service Experience at Fairfax BMW I recently had my BMW X4 in for service at Fairfax BMW. I had a great experience. My service representative Thomas G. was awesome. He was very helpful and attentive. He kept me apprised on the status of my service appt. It was fast and efficient. I asked him about an upcoming service I would be needing in the near term and he provided me with options and pricing. I was very satisfied with my service appt.

Great Service and Facilities My customer service rep was very polite, honest and kept me apprised of what was going on with the car from a service perspective. The waiting area is phenomenal. It's large, clean and they offer espresso, coffee, water and sodas while you wait at no charge. They also offer Wifi and have several TVs to keep you occupied while you're waiting.
