Great "First Service" Experience I went to this dealer for an oil change. This was my first oil change since purchasing my 2017 330XI in April of last year. The process was very smooth. They called to alert me of the need for an oil change, scheduled the appt and called with a reminder. On the day of service, they changed my oil, noticed that my wipers were "squeaky" and changed those, and also did a courtesy wash / vacuum, even though the temps were close to freezing. X5 Tire replacement I drove in as a "walk-in" and waited about 2 mins until Thomas walked to me and kindly asked if I'd been helped. I told him the issue and he told me the techs would take a look and he'd be back to tell me the results. He walked me to the waiting area and was back within 10 mins with the diagnosis (nail in tire).
