BWM of Fairfax - Serivce I've had my BMWs' serviced at BMW of Fairfax for a long time. On a previous visit I was really disappointed with the service. This time, however, was different. I went in for an oil change and they informed me that they had the part for a recent recall on my X3. They gave me a loaner car for the day and they fixed the recall the next day. I was very pleased with the service they provided.

Had my car serviced Very friendly and kind on time with the service. Very clean as well
Best in the area I came in for a car that was cheap (CPO X1), came to realize it was nowhere near big enough, and got into a CPO X3 for similar money. I even flinched at the last minute and went for another CPO X3 at another dealer I won't name, who basically advertised the car as CPO when they wouldn't certify it, and wouldn't budge on price. These guys were way more up-front and better to work with. Their facility (at least for CPO) isn't the fanciest you'll ever see, but you know what? That keeps costs down, and that matt... read more

Incredible Dealer Abed Abutaa is the best sales representative I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The car I wanted was sold but he was able to find the exact same car in the same color at another dealer and had it shipped immediately. He was incredible with our 4 y/o daughter who was totally over shopping for cars. He was honest and did not pressure me into getting anything beyond what I wanted. Thank you. Love my new BMW!

Frankie at Fairfax BMW is the BEST!!! Frankie at Fairfax BMW is the best automotive service provider I have ever had the pleasure to work with! Frankie was referred to me by my husband and from my first contact with her by phone she treated me like family. Frankie worked with me on scheduling service, walked me through the entire process, and treated my x5 like it was hers. I won't trust my car to anyone else!
