BMW of Fairfax Rudy Herrera accommodated every request I had, he was very attentive. The car came with some minor issues, but BMW of Fairfax offered to expense the repairs. The financial department of the used car sales also did an excellent job. They were able to get the paperwork done very quickly.

Electrical Repair job on my 528IX As the result of faulty module replacement many of the issues including NO start and even other items I didn’t discuss with my service advisor (like the brake pedal being sticky, AC issue, many more…) are now gone, and the car now is rides like a new car. Mark Stout was great, he went the extra mile to have checked the warranty with BMW to have most of the expenses covered where applicable, unforgettable and very grateful to his service. Panz3r Overall extreme,ely satisfied with Mark and the team at BMW of Fairfax. The only challenge I had was the wash team had not prepared my vehicle as claimed in the email alerting me that the car was ready for pick-up. Mark washed the car himself and although I was delayed I really do appreciate his efforts in making my BMW experience a better one.

Positive Experience I had a good experience at Fairfax BMW. The sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly, answering all my questions and getting answers to anything he didn't know. The finance manager with whom I worked gave me additional information and explained options well. I also got a great deal.
