BMW Service Rating Had an oil change, two new tires and repair of a rear differential leak. Provided a loaner car with great help in removing baby seats from my car to (but not installing in because of insurance regs) my car. George, the Service tech took me under the car to explain the needed repairs. Allen Capaldi, my super Service Rep scheduled all the work, made the estimate and had the car washed. Great Service I took my car in for service at BMW of Fairfax. My service advisor was Ms. Frankie Johnson. She greeted with a smile and explained the work that would be performed. I really enjoyed chatting with her about vehicles...in particular the BMW M3. I will be sure to request for her during my next visit.

Great sales staff and service I purchased a used car from James Park at BMW of Fairfax. The process was simple and painless. I dealt with them over the phone and through email as I lived a number of states away. I flew down to the dealership and the process was quick. I highly recommend James and the whole staff at BMW of Fairfax.

Recent visit to BMW Fairfax I had a good repair experience at BMW Fairfax recently. 2 items - a recall for an airbag and a fix to a seat under warranty. When's the last time you took your BMW in for repairs and paid nothing?

Positive Client Experience Recently, I had an extremely positive experience which started with Charlie Geppi. He was super professional and willing to make sure I got the car I wanted.
