Best experience ever! Rudy was a great salesman and he made sure that I was comfortable with my buying experience. I decided against the first car and he was awesome and finding the car of my dreams Shea in the service department was very knowledgeable and helped me with my selection. Very professional!

Excellent Service: Certified Pre-owned purchase I drove 45 minutes to the Fairfax location because I saw a specific certified pre-owned 3-series I was interested in purchasing. I currently has leased 3-series that was about to end and was looking to buy as a replacement. I was nervous about the process because my leased car had NJ tags and registration and I was over my mileage, and my boyfriend couldn't get off work to go with me. Return to BMW of Fairfax I had not used BMW of Fairfax for a number of years to service my BMW. I was impressed with the improvements that have been made as far as servicing cars. The Service Advisors seem to be very knowledgeable and responsive to the client's needs. Although I did get a loan car while my car was repaired, this process is still not as smooth as other dealers that I have used.
