She was friendly, responsive, informative and did MORE than what she promised - which is rare these days. I thought that a service should have been covered by BMW, even though at the time I brought the car in I was technically beyond the warranty date. Katelyn really went to bat for me and got the service cost substantially reduced. Katelyn is a real asset to BMW and Auto Nation!
