"Everything is good except they do not offer loaner cars..." Everything is good except they do not offer loaner cars only a shuttle. Other then that everything is good, I only use the service center when my son is in Tucson foodie the school year.

"I was met for my service appointment almost immediately..." I was met for my service appointment almost immediately after arrival. Kayla went through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. She estimated the service time at 90 minutes and it was completed in 90 minutes. I waited at the dealership. Their waiting room is comfortable, with water and coffee available at no charge. Once the servicing was completed, they gave me my keys and I was off. All in all, a pleasant experience.
