Left me sitting in the lobby for over an hour when I had an appointment to sign paperwork at a specific time. And gave me the vehicle with only one key. I didn’t find out that there was no spare until I had already signed the paperwork. With keys costing $300-400 dollars (or more), that is something that should be disclosed.
