Bought my first BMW Very good experience. The salesman was professional and made no pressure, but answered all of my questions. It was a new experience to not have someone forcing me to take his business card, nor did he ask for my contact info. A very pleasant experience indeed.
Amazing customer service experience Jesse went above and beyond with his professionalism, customer service and his knowledge of BMW vehicles. He also made everything very simple and efficient once I arrived at the dealership. Jesse was amazing! This was by far one of the best car... Jesse was amazing! This was by far one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. My husband and I are thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and customer service. He was incredibly responsive to all our inquiries and did what he said he would do. We felt like we were his only customers, although it is clear that he has many people working with him. We will definitely be coming back to purchase our next vehicle from BMW of Salem and Jesse.
Sudden & super service On arrival in the service bay I was immediately greeted by a friendly lady who directed me to Tim Weir. I was just there for my annual oil change, but Tim said a passenger airbag recall had just come out, so he was able to get that taken care of as well. I was in and out in a little over an hour of snacking in the waiting area and checking out the new BMW's. So I got the usual royal treatment and would certainly recommend BMW of Salem's service dept.

However I can't make favorable comments about your BMW genius with whom we had less than pleasant interactions twice in a 6-month period while leasing 2 new vehicles. He needs training in customer service and more product knowledge.
