Oil change We arranged to have the oil changed and this was accomplished without issue. We chose to wait for the work to be completed and it required about 1.5 hours. The lounge area was busy and seating was limited.
First service, great service We had our first schedule service on our X3 and could not have been happier with the experience. Tim Weir greeted me when I arrived, reviewed the work to be done and showed me where I could work while waiting. During the service he texted a number to me that I could use to check on the status of my vehicle or ask questions. Straightforward, efficient, friendly My experience with BMW of Salem was very positive, I wanted a specific CPO bmw, they helped me find one and the whole process was seamless. No upselling, no "car salesman" vibe at all. Just listened to what I wanted and delivered. modern and professional. Ames helped me and was a gentleman. A+ experience.
Great Service We are very happy with the way my wife was treated and communicated with regarding her visit to service my car. The service department is always so easy to work with and accommodating of our time. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.
Fast/Excellent Recall Service Had a couple of recall notices that Tim handled. Could not believe that helped complete the tasks (air bags etc.) in one afternoon - amazing. Tim had exceptional communications with me throughout the the process.
Recall I went in for a recall on my air bags and within an hours or so they did an inspection for road saftey. Topped off all fluids. Exchanged my air bag and washed my car. Tim was very polite and kept me fully informed until the end. Very pleased with the service and wish I would have went in sooner.

Great Customer Service Brought my car in for a recall and service light analysis. I thought that Kenzie provided great service and was very good at communicating all my options for servicing my car and provide good recommendations.
