Knowledgeable and Friendly Service From the time I purchased my BMW X1 in 2016 to my recent service appointment, I have had excellent experiences with the BMW of Salem sales and service departments. The employees know their cars - inside and out! They are professional, friendly and communicate in a timely manner. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and relaxing. I don't mind hanging out, but if the service is going to take more than a few hours, they will provide a loaner vehicle. Top notch service.
Excellent This was one of the easiest car buying experiences ever. The price was better than else where, there was no haggling over price. Ryan was great about having all paperwork ready when we arrived. It was a short and sweet visit to the dealership on a Saturday morning. Perfect car at the perfect price from a great dealership. It was worth the drive from Kalispell, MT to Salem, OR.
Best buying experience Brian helped my fiance and I find the car of my dreams within one visit to BMW of Salem. We walked in, test drove an X3, and ended up leasing a X3 M40i on the spot. Happy how quick and painless the process was. We have purchased and leased a number of BMWs over the past 20 years from Rasmussen Portland and always had the service done by them. My last BMW X 1 was the 4th X series in a row leased from Portland BMW and the first from the NEW dealership and it was not like the old place and felt they were more interested in leasing me something then taking care of me.
