Worth the drive from Beaverton just to be treated well A little history here. I've followed the Service Mgr, Chris Wright from the old Delon to a BMW dealership in Beaverton and thankfully back to Salem. I've purchased two vehicles from Jim Mannheimer and have only purchased from other BMW dealerships when Salem didn't have what I wanted in stock. BMW of Salem Cares After the purchase of my vehicle, this team at BMW have been phenomenal ! The salesman, Craig Burger was so knowledgeable about these vehicles. He was very truthful and honest to me as a customer, very commendable ! I returned to have my vehicle personalized for me, and with Adam Foster's help, patience and knowledge made this experience outstanding ! Everyone I had contact with from the receptionist to the finance personnel were so friendly, helpful and caring. It made the whole experience enjoyable.

Provided lunch while we waited for a brake fluid change! It isn't the most spacious or luxurious waiting area I have ever been in, but they actually provided us with lunch while we waited. Super nice people!
