Fast and friendly They had the car ready to test drive before we arrived. It was washed dried and in a rain free garage so we could really look it over. There was no pressure, and I love that!!

Seamless car buying experience I had the very great experience of leasing a new BMW from Brian Kemmerle and BMW of Salem. It was worth the 45 mile drive from Portland! The Service Department Tim was our service dept. agent and so helpful, kind and knowledgeable! 5 Stars! Went out of his way to make our visit in for a recall comfortable and quick. Got us a rental car quickly and kept in touch using text messaging. He took pictures of our vehicle parts so we could see what they found. Really nice people!
Shima made my first car purchase experience great! I came in late on a Saturday to test drive a car I had seen on the website. Shima helped me out, and I had some concerns about the financing/car and she told me that she'd text me Sunday with answers. She kept her word and I went back on Sunday to look at the car again. Great service and friendly sales Routine service done promptly and thorough inspection discovered a minor oil leak. That repair was done immediately under warranty and I was provided with a service loaner to get my errands done. I couldn't ask for more.

Easiest car purchase yet. Sean Ostler and crew were awesome in facilitating for us to drive the vehicle ahead of time, think it over and buy the car. We made the appointment to come in Saturday and complete the deal and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great experience and never once felt any pressure to buy.
