BMW x5 Great experience overall. Had to go back and get my address updated on my title and registration.
Service for my BMW I brought my BMW 640M GT in for service. They did an awesome job! My car needed an oil change, cabin filters, but, they went beyond that. They put it on the scope and found other minor issues which they caught. In all the service took about 2 hours. I just waited for the car; caught up on emails, had coffee, my phone calls to clients. It was great!!

Sales Process Was Very Straight Forward My experience was good. Most of my decision was made since I was coming from a xxxxty BMW dealership in Kalamazoo. The sales guy who worked with me was very transparent and respectful of my models and budget choices. Using these constraints, he presented me with a list of options and suggested the best one for my family and me. In the end, the whole deal was closed in 2-3 business days.
