Laurel BMW of Westmont I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service at Laurel BMW of Westmont. James is both personable and professional and always sees to my auto needs in a quick and thorough manner! He goes above and beyond! There is actually another BMW dealership closer to my home; however, their service department appeared very disorganized and it was not a good experience. Laurel BMW in Westmont was quite the opposite! I wouldn't go to another dealer for service!

Follow-Up with GM/call from BMW Westmont BMW Westmont GM just called me in follow-up to my negative review. He explained how the computer reset works and what service is coming up on my 320I,X Drive in 6,000 miles. However, this should have been explained to me by the technician before I left the dealership on 04/02/2020. Over-all I am pleased by the call and explanation. I would recomment this dealership and BMW to everyone.
