New x5 What a wonderful SUV. The best I every owned and I have owned few. My sales person Tony Alonso was OUTSTANDING! He could have not been more knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects especially price. Highly recommended.

Service experience Service advisor was highly competent and knowledgeable and courteous. Dealership offered me a loaner, which I did not expect because my car was not bought there and it is an older model. Repairs were done in a timely fashion and done as I was advised. I would highly recommend this BMW facility. As a note: I drive 60 miles to get my car serviced there because of the great facility, service and staff.

Best service ever First time at this dealership. It is the best. Everyone so professional and nice. Especially my service advisor, Karl Sxeredy. He was just awesome. I didn?t know how they would treat me since I didn?t purchase the vehicle there. They treated me better than the dealership I purchased it from. Outstanding service.
