Laurel BMW is the BEST! I have purchased 10 cars from Laurel over the past 15 years because of a great purchase experiences and excellent unwavering customer support in all facets of ownership . My sales person Lilly is top notch and always looking out for us as is my favorite service advisor Michael when service is needed supported by general manager Pat and sales manager Rich! The new facility is also beautiful and appealing. Love this dealership!

hillminn@att.net Jay Buis is an excellent service/adviser, he has taken good care of me when I come into the dealership. I like the way he treats, very friendly and professional. X3 service Only thing I was very dissatisfied about was the fact that I was told that I could purchase extended maintenance coverage for my 2017 X3 42Kmi. come to find out that was not the case.
