Only issue is service took longer than stated by about an hour while I was waiting. If I would of known this. I wouldnt of wAited.

Marc was awesome! We said exactly what we wanted and he delivered. He was prompt in responding to emails and he gained my trust right away. I always feel confident going to South Bay and I will continue to be a BMW loyalist.

I texted Willi about a problem from previous appt, he told me to come in, set me up with loaner car, and got me out right away, had my car ready before the sun came down.
