Chris Rose was amazing from start to finish when he took care of my husband and I. not only did he go the extra mile and bring the car to us so we wouldn't have to drag our children to a dealership and sit for hours but he made sure that all paperwork was ready to go for us to sign once we arrived at the dealership. Awesome, awesome, awesome experience! Everything about my experience drom beginning to end was perfection. I initially bought my 09 X5 in for service. After finding out that the repairs would cost me upwards of 3K, I informed my service manager Justin I would like to inquire about trading the vehicle in. He immediately had someone reach out to me.
