My first BMW in awhile and the experience was exceptional. Benjamin Parker was my Sales Associate. He worked very hard to make sure I got the car I wanted at a great price!
We worked with Tasso to buy our new car. It was one of , if not the best experiences we've ever had in the sometimes excruciating processes of life. A low key, mannerly, respectful, and apparently honest young man. The actual deal done in a manner of minutes.
Excellent customer service by Justin Love in the service department! He kept me completely informed and made the service process as painless as possible. I especially appreciate the Valet service offered for a very reasonable cost - very thoughtful service that prevented me from missing work to take care of a flat tire.
