I came in this past weekend to try and talk lease numbers on the M2 they had in stock. I spoke with a gentleman named Kyle and another named Dayne. They were both extremely helpful. I was tight on time and they helped make the visit very quick and efficient. I was able to have all of my questions answered and will definitely return soon.
The other day I visited the dealerships parts department, to pick up some parts. While passing through the showroom, I decided to look at their inventory. While looking around, Kyle greeted me with a bottle of water, he was very helpful in answering all of my questions regarding the vehicles. Last weekend I visited this dealership to go over some leasing options for my lease is up in August. I was met by a gentleman named kyle who greeted my both kindly and professionally. We looked at a 2018 BMW 330i and I loved it! Then I got the info on the lease from a gentleman named dayne. The whole prosses was easy and when my lease is up I will certanly come here for a new one.
Even though I only had a State Inspection done, they were great. They did their complimentary wash and vacuum. Also, used the key fob to see what the car was saying (i.e. new spark plugs due in 900 miles). And, they did a free multipoint inspection, which they found the oil filter gasket to be leaking oil.
Hendrick BMW really knows how to treat their customers. Thank you for your professionalism and wonderful service! I’ll be back.
