I just got a BMW financed via BMW Financial Services with this dealer - everything was absolutely professional and handled with care and discretion. My only complaint is a salesman named Thomas Birdsall, who cost us the initial vehicle we already had an approval on, due to his alleging that I never called him back. He is a blatant lie; I spoke with the receptionist on three(3) occasions, who put me through to him, so he is cold-busted. Cliff Spangler and David Livingston did go above and beyond to get a deal done and make this a much more pleasant and enjoyable experience then my initial encounters. I did purchase the vehicle at a fair price and was pleased to see management stepping up to improve the buying experience.
Saturday is an extremely busy day. So, expect to wait a little longer. Honestly it took 20 minutes to get me checked in and with a loaner. Very effeiceint staff and excellent service.
