RecommendedKevin Rego has always been an amazing help throughout the years I have owned my BMW. He takes the time to explain what needs fixing, how it normally should operate vs how it’s currently operating. He doesn’t pressure me to spend money on things that aren’t needed. I solely go to Kevin to schedule all the oil changes, tire rotations and annual check ups.

RecommendedThe staff there is so helpful and accommodating. I don’t live in Pleasanton but if needed, they’ll loan me a car so I can go on with my day while they service my car. I’ve only had 1 issue in the last 10 years and my service advisor, Kevin Rego made it right before I even asked for anything. He’s the main reason I go to Pleasanton instead of Modesto, which is closer to me.
