Our service rep, Kevin Rego, is amazing! My husband has been a longtime customer of East Bay BMW and ever since 2008 when he had his E46 M3, Kevin has always provided EXCEPTIONAL service! Fast forward 12 years later with our X3 and nothing has changed. He’ll do whatever he can on short notice to squeeze us in for service and will even make sure we get a loaner vehicle. Kevin is always reliable, courteous, and professional! A model representative of a great company that holds its customers in the highest regard.
