I had to change my car key battery and was not sure what a piece of plastic was that had fallen in my car and he was so willing to just be there with no appointment. He was very respectful and welcoming and I really appreciated that as so many places have become about formalities of appointments and processes. I was out of there in 10min thanks to Fred.
