I had been going to chapman bmw for the past 3 years for service on my 2010 328i (which I would rate highly), however -- typically sales is a whole different world. When the day came to purchase my new bmw (which ended up being a 2017 330e); boy was I lucky to find Craig at Chapman. Craig was a pleasure to work with! We brought our X3 in for service and Michael Gatz was our service writer. He went out of his way to take care of us, even though we were from Huntington Beach, CA. It was a pleasure to deal with Michael and the other people at the dealership and should I be in the area again, I would certainly bring my car here. We were in-and-out within an hour.
