We had a very relaxed buying experience with Geoff Williams. There was no high-pressure salesman tactics. He was very easy to talk to you and he tried to give us what we asked for. I would come back in a few years and buy another car from Geoff and I would recommend others to do so too.

Sammy was professional and laid back. This was a fast and pain free transaction and the whole staff stayed late to finish up the deal. Would definitely buy from them again.

Chapman BMW made our first experience owning a BMW a good one! We were very pleased with them being straightforward and reasonable on price there was no going back and fourth on numbers they even gave way more on our trade then we could've hoped for . I gave them four out of five stars because sammy was very great at finding what we wanted for about the price we were comfortable with. We definitely plan on getting another BMW or keeping the one we are in in the future and look forward to working with them again

Geoff Williams and everyone at the Chapman BMW (On Camelback) were so wonderful to work with. They were able to answer all of my questions to my many questions. Geoff was also so kind to pick me up at the airport in Phoenix after dropping my rental car off! The experience working with Geoff was to my utmost satisfaction and I would definitely recommend Geoff to anyone in need of purchasing a new vehicle!

I've worked with Joe Lena to purchase two cars now, and have had very positive experiences! Everyone at Chapman BMW has been kind and helpful, and Joe is excellent to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. On the rare occasion that I've needed service, the service center has done excellent work as well. Highly recommend this dealership!
