Craig is the best person I ever bought a car from. My wife and I bought our 328i's from him 4 years ago as our first BMW purchases and again we purchased 2 days ago our 430i Grand Coupes. Not only did Joe Lena make the car buying experience painless, he made it enjoyable. He is by far the best dealer professional I have the done business with. Thanks again to Craig and the team. This time we were dropping of our i3 as part of the "Extended Drive" program which allows us to trade in our electric BMW for a gas BMW and go on a road trip. This just makes owning our electric BMW even better. Thanks again for the program and the service.
