First I and my wife went to chapman location in Chandler after that we were disappointed of service they provided. The service at this location was excellent. Joe was very helpful by explaining us about options we might be interested to buy new X5. He surprised us about the monthly payment that we can afford. He spent with us about 1 hour explaining all the options X5 have. Great service !!! So nice location and welcoming. I recommend this location for those who plan to buy BMW.

Adam Sterpka did a great job getting my recalls scheduled and completed. My car hasn't been back to a dealership since the warranty expired many years ago. That said, I was treated with respect and courtesy, just as if I was a regular customer returning with a brand new 7 series. My compliments to the dealership and especially to Adam. Jim Eichorn

I have been in the market for a new car for a few weeks but live between Alaska and Arizona so where to purchase and house the vehicle was a factor. I'm a 'car guy' but never been around BMWs. This time, after 'due diligence' I was leaning toward an M240i but could not find one to 'kick the tires'. I needed to lease a BMW once my older model which I owned needed too much work. It was an unexpected expense and Steve made it work for me! He was NO pressure but helped me to figure out what I wanted. He asked ALL the right questions and spent plenty of time with me even though it took me two days to make a decision.
